Due to industrial action, amended services are operating between 21st and 25th June.

Any customers who still travelled on these dates and incurred a delay, Delay Repay claims will be calculated against the advertised amended timetable only. If you have chosen not to travel and require a refund for your unused daily tickets, please visit www.chilternrailways.co.uk/contact-us to make a claim or contact the retailer from which you purchased your ticket. If you are a Season ticket holder and did not travel as a result of the industrial action, please continue to use this Delay Repay form and select 'Did Not Travel' after entering your usual journey details when making your claim.
