If you are a monthly or longer Season ticket holder and did not travel on a date where Industrial Action was taking place, please fill out this Delay Repay form within 28 days of the affected date.
Please only submit 1 claim for each strike date to claim a full day for your ticket.
If you held a daily ticket and did not travel, please contact the retailer of your ticket for a refund.
For any ticket holders, if you have travelled and experienced a delay of more than 15 minutes against the advertised timetable, please continue to complete this form.
