If you hold a Season ticket and did not travel on 18th or 19th July, please use this form to submit a claim and enter your usual journey details and select 'Didn't stop at my station'. If you hold a daily ticket, please visit www.chilternrailways.co.uk/contact-us instead.

Industrial Action
Due to industrial action, amended services are operating on 27th July.
Any customers who still travelled on this date and incurred a delay, Delay Repay claims will be calculated against the advertised amended timetable only. If you have chosen not to travel and require a refund for your unused daily tickets, please visit www.chilternrailways.co.uk/contact-us to make a claim or contact the retailer from which you purchased your ticket. If you are a Monthly or longer Season ticket holder and did not travel as a result of the industrial action, please continue to use this Delay Repay form and select 'Strike Action' after entering your usual journey details when making your claim.
